Mike Paterson’s stand up comedy is like a bumpy dune buggy ride through a zany garden of make believe. Although Mike could be said to perform situational comedy, it is as likely that the situation occurs on the the city planet of Coruscant as down here on Earth. Bill Brownstein, from the Montreal Gazette, loves to describe Mike as “gonzo comedian Mike Paterson,” an apt description, as Mike’s world is just a little bit wacky, a little bit unexpected and all hilarious.
